Konfigr supports JPG, PNG and SVG diagrams. High-resolution images are recommended for the best zoom experience.
Konfigr works with Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes and is added through the theme editor as an app block.
Yes. You can install Konfigr and publish up to five Konfigs for free.
There is no fixed product limit. You can add as many parts as the Konfig requires.
Yes. You can import products into a Konfig using a correctly formatted CSV containing Shopify product handles, SKUs or barcodes.
Yes. Changes to connected Shopify products, including titles, images, prices and availability, are reflected in Konfigr automatically.
Yes. Logged-in B2B customers see the pricing assigned to their company location through Shopify.
Yes. A hotspot can be linked to multiple products or variants, including alternatives and compatible options.
Yes. You can link the same product to multiple hotspots when the part appears more than once.
You can keep up to five Konfigs published and choose which ones remain live.
